A Domain Name is your business name on the internet. e.g. If your business name is UK Website Developments, then your domain name could be: – ukwebsitedevelopments.co.uk with an extension in this example of .co.uk (subject to the domain name and extension being available)
Your domain name requires an extension and this is how the price is determined, the more common being either .co.uk or .com or .net
Your domain name is purchased ⁄ rented for a period of 12 months to 10 years.
UK Website Developments can purchase domain names on your behalf. A list of the most common extensions are listed below. If you require an extension that we have not listed then please contact us with your requirements.
If you secure your domain name for10 years, you will get a better price and better search engine rankings.

NB. In order to keep your domain name you are required to renew each domain name at least 2 months prior to the end of the term. If you choose not to renew the domain name your website would not work anymore.
All domain name renewals are for a 12 month period only. Renewal prices will vary depending on your domain name extension, and are subject to annual price increases.
